At Sheehan & Sheehan PA, Elisabeth (Lisa) Millich, JD, LL.M., works primarily as a trust, estate, guardianship, and conservatorship litigator. Lisa also team teaches a Trust, Estate, Guardianship, and Conservatorship class at the University of New Mexico School of Law. Prior to making the move to Sheehan, Lisa served as a Fiduciary Specialist (Trust Officer) and Vice Present at New Mexico Bank & Trust, where she administered trusts, estates, and conservatorships. When Lisa moved to New Mexico in 2010, she worked at the Hurley Law firm, in the litigation group, where she focused primarily on complex estate and trust litigation, contested guardianships and conservatorships, and also commercial litigation.
Things You Didn’t Know About Lisa
Lisa grew up in the Santa Clara Valley in California, where she attended law school. Upon graduation, she moved to Miami, Florida, to pursue her masters in estate planning; where she remained for ten years practicing law. Lisa moved to New Mexico in December 2009 due to an offer to work at the Hurley Firm.
