Since joining the firm in 1988, Craig Erickson has maintained an active litigation practice. He has represented private and public clients in a wide variety of litigation, including product liability cases, mass tort litigation, personal injury cases, employment matters, insurance defense cases, complex contract disputes, and water adjudication. Since 2003, he also has acted as an administrative hearing officer for the New Mexico Department of Health, hearing administrative appeals involving health professional licensure matters and regulation of health facilities, and conducting rule promulgation hearings. Mr. Erickson particularly enjoys cases involving medical and mental health issues. Mr. Erickson has an AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell® , the highest rating for legal ability.
